Unleashing your voice

“We sometimes feel that we want to say something to people, but we can’t due to our low self-esteem. We want to vent about how our lives are going, whether we are having problems or not. We want to share our happiness and sadness and just talk. We want people to know that we are going through some deep shit and seek opinions to get through that phase. We want to put our overthinking into words, but we are too embarrassed about how everyone would react. We want to scream and tell the world about our suffering, but at the same time, we don’t want to reveal our names our identities due to our low self-esteem and confidence. We are too embarrassed to ask for help. In the end, we let all of these feelings and emotions stay inside us.

But It’s important to remember that we are not alone in our struggles, and seeking help is always an option. There are always people who are willing to listen and offer support, whether it’s friends, family, or professionals even strangers. It’s okay to be vulnerable and share our feelings, and it’s a sign of strength to seek help when we need it.

That’s it. Thanks for the read
